Robert's area of specialization is litigation and his practice includes  Family Law, Real Estate, Commercial and Estate litigation.

 

Since his call to the Bar in in 1993, Robert has practiced at Thomson Mahoney Delorey in the areas of Family Law and litigation, and became a partner in 2016.

His family law practice includes resolving claims related to custody and access, child support, spousal support and the division of property and divorce. 

​

Robert's litigation practice involves Real Estate, Commercial and Estate litigation and includes such things as commercial lease issues, shareholder disputes and issues between estate trustees and beneficiaries. Robert has had great success and experience in obtaining appointments of Third Parties as Statutory Guardians for people in need of protection.

Robert was born in London and he obtained his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal, and his Master of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. Robert's interests include travel, gardening, history, soccer, fitness, environmental issues and reading.
