Tai's practice areas include residential and commercial Real Estate, Wills Planning and Estate work, Business Transactions (purchase and sale of businesses), Commercial Leases and Corporate Governance including Shareholder Agreements.

Tai was called to the Bar in 2007 and became an integral part of the Thomson Mahoney Delorey team when she and her family moved to London in 2009. In addition to handling straight forward real estate transactions, she has developed experience in more complicated real estate issues, including interacting with the registry office and correcting title defects and conveyancing issues. She also has extensive experience in completing business transactions including share purchases and sales, and asset purchases and sales.

Over the years Tai has acquired the practices of three senior London lawyers who have retired from their practice of law. They had enough faith in Tai's skill set and personality to entrust her with not only their real estate matters, but Wills, Estates and Corporate work.

Tai obtained her law degree from the University of Wales and her master of Laws from the University of Ottawa. Outside of the office she is very involved with her church community and the sports activities of her two accomplished sons.
